LAZY DAY

Between the flowers under the weeds brushed with the colors of the morning I feel the peace and one piece of me Its my son sleeping next to me from the trees the leaves are falling the winds are blowing la la la la la la la, i hear them sing la la la, they steal the calm within as the sun falls on my face im filled with heavenly grace my baby girl kicks inside me i see the forest behind the trees i see the light from in the shadows the song of the river safe in it's bed washed all the roads in my head and i am free, if for an hour from the sweet and sour la la la la la la, faces i have known la la la, sometimes faced alone i had not always seen how beauty lives in between untill my road brought me to you tu du… and anyone can see tu du… tu du… you mean the world to me tu du… the smell of the grass, the sun in my eyes a grey cloud is trying to claim my blue sky with you by my side im safe and im sound bathed in the joy that we've found and the buzz of the mosquito on this lovely day like la la la la la la la, i long to stay la la la, inside this lazy day well off of the road to nowhere just forgeting what i know the world around us is moving slow la la la, i long to stay lalala inside this lazy day la la la, i long to stay inside this lazy day
