SANTA ROSA

Seems like ten years ago though today my mind is slow, me and Mickey Craig were running west of Idaho. Robbed a bank to get some bread, seems like fifteen men lay dead in a path that let us straight to Santa Rosa. Now and then old Mickey said, boy at home you should have stayed, and devoured me to the life at looking back. But he spit and slapped his side just to see if he's alive, and he'd sing as about the Santa Rosa, he sang oh, oh, singing oh Santa Rosa, oh, oh, I am loo. And then one day sang ol' Craig, I'll be free to go my way. and be standing by the bay at Santa Rosa. Now one time late at night, Mickey made no fire light, cuz he feared to close behind might flushes out, but he kicked a bit forseen to the turn of Cripple Creek. He was murdered by the man of Santa Rosa, they shot him.... oh singing oh Santa Rosa, oh singing Santa Rosa oh Santa Rosa, oh Santa Rosa I am loo...... Till I come once again with my banjo pickin' bread, well before I know Santa Rosa, giddy up.
